Responsibilities
- Liaise with and maintain good
relationships with vendors and suppliers and negotiate appropriate
contracts for pricing of supplies.
- Monitor all Purchase Requisitions
received, request for quotations and place orders.
- Ensure all the purchase are correctly
sourced, in accordance with quality, quantity, delivery and price.
- Negotiate for the best prices and payment
terms, while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability, and
services.
- Monitor and order on supplies time for
the efficient delivery, to avoid interruptions with the business
operations.
- Maintain records of purchased products,
delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchase, including
cost analysis.
